"It's Not the End of the World" is the 7th episode in Season 1 of Mighty Med. It first aired on November 11, 2013.
Plot[]
When Kaz and Oliver meet Timeline, a superhero who has the ability to see into the future, they discover that villain Crimson Demon and his three brothers have a plan to destroy the world. Kaz whizzed through his pop quiz thanks to Timeline's powers, but started a chain of two other events that led to a portal's opening for the freedom of Crimson Demon's brothers. The three events are: the fool will become the wise man (Kaz whizzing the pop quiz), night (knight) will fall during the day (Oliver falling inside a knight costume), and the chord of dischord will be played (Gus playing a horrible note on the trombone). - Carlos Lacámara, who plays Horace Diaz, also played Timeline (which explains why he was absent in this episode).
- The Crimson Demon hides as a Demon Sports Team Mascot.
- Gus apparently resembles pets from Skylar's planet.
- Skylar is revealed to be home-sick in this episode.
- This is the last episode to air in 2013.
- Skylar shows Oliver a picture of her pet Dorenbosch, Kakai-Rata-Hee-Haw-Mwuaak-Floopy-Pa-zoing, who reappeared a season later in Do You Want to Build a Lava Man? and Storm's End.
- When listing the brothers of Crimson Demon, Kaz mentions that one of them is named "Matt Demon", which was "the handsome one", which is a reference to the actor Matt Damon. Also, when Timeline pronounced Crimson Demon to the computer, he did it in a way that made "Demon" sound somewhat like "Damon" as well.
- Running Goof: Gus has apparently been making inappropriate jokes such as asking Skylar to stand in front of him and shake her booty, and taking a trumpet and pretending to fart.
